How much should I sell my domain name for?

Hi Everyone,

I recently bought the domain name earthend2012(dot)com . It does not have any website build on it. I want to flip it, but don't know how much to sell it for.
The keyword "Earth end 2012" has low competition, 60,500 global monthly searches and 20,200 local monthly searches.

Any suggestions or advice on this topic would be highly appreciated.
Thanks for your help

    Exact Match KW

"earth end 2012" 58 global monthy
    "earthend 2012" - global monthy

Most domains are measured by exact match not broad search.

So its not really worth much in my opinion.

I think there's no such fixed price that you can sell your domain. As long as your selling price is above the price that you bought this domain, you will have profits at least.

Yeah, the domain is worth nothing as is.

If you don't change direction, you'll end up where you're going.

Unless you meet someone who believes hardly in this, you won't get rich lol

Instead of worrying about making a HUGE profit just worry about making a little profit. Then duplicate over and over again. Now you have a Biz.

On the whole, I'd say the domain is pretty worthless...but there's always a nut or two that would be willing to pay big bucks. I, however, doubt your chances of connecting with said nut/nuts.

You might want to consider building a site that's focused on "end of the world" items like canned food, Meals-Ready-to-Eat, shelters, precious metal sales, etc. Obviously do this either by direct sale or better yet commission advertising. Slap in several high quality articles/information pages and you might have something there. The rest is old fashioned SEO...

Then again, if the world's gonna end in 2012, I wouldn't waste much time on the site.
