Does facebook fanPage work?

Hi warriors,

I've been in IM for quite sometimes not but didn't really pay attention on how powerful Facebook Fanpage can be.

Let me know your thoughts if Facebook fanpage works for you, if it does - where can I outsource the design, the coding and everything (for instance: "LIKE" us to receive your free video etc)

Thanks a million in advance,
Jeremiah

    Hi Jeremiah!

I use my fanpage to keep connected to individuals in my niche. Personally i've always built a fanpage for each of my ventures and it has worked a treat....

You could head over to fiverr and get someone to do the customisation for you.

    Kind regards

    Chris

Fanpages are great. Although I interact with my mailing list regularly, fanpages allow for a more immediate response as people check and remain logged into their Facebook accounts for a longer duration.

Just be sure to offer personal interaction (i.e ask for their opinions about current events, encourage them to post pictures etc.) more than sales information.

Customizing a fanpage isn't as difficult as it used to be and you could have it done in a couple of hours. If you'd rather spend your time doing something else, the Warrior for Hire section has quite a few freelancers to take care of it for you.

Fan pages work great. With fb ads you can get super targeted traffic on the cheap. I'm sure you could get them built on fiverr but if you learn it yourself, you'll always be able to make them exactly like you want.

Fanpages rocks! We use them to promote our online stores in my country, 80% of our sales is from Facebook, 15% Search engine traffic, the rest is direct or refferal

Can you have a Facebook account for each of your businesses, if not how do you set up a separate fan page for each niche or business? I thought you could only have one account, and that was your personal account and you couldn't even have a separate business account.

Simply logout from Facebook and register a page, choose "I already have an account" instead of registering a new and voila, you got a new fanpage with your old account, you can have several fanpages in one account.

I have literally just set up a fanpage for my business - I have used Twitter for engagement/marketing purposes before but never Facebook. Very much looking forward to the results.

I've seen some snazzy ways of doing a "like to reveal" and getting people to opt-in to your Aweber list. That's something I'm going to be doing in the coming weeks. From what I've researched it appears to be one of the more cost effective ways of doing PPC.

Facebook charges less per click because you are keeping them on Facebook.
