My $900 challenge

Que tal mis amigos Guerreros?

Here is the deal... I need to make $900 by the end of the month... I normally work in IM consulting for small companies in Ecuador (where I live) and make about $360 per client... This month has been very difficult, I've spent hours making cold calls, visiting prospects but nothing... I'm ready to make a change in what I have been doing...

What do you recommend I do?

UPDATE -backstory -- Ecuador is a country where people earn very little money in traditional jobs and the cost of living is very high (usually is takes about 3 wages to sustain a houshold). getting a job is out of the question as a regular job would pay about $400/month with luck.
In my country the use of internet is very limited and people still do not fully understand the capacity that it has.
If I honestly did not think this is a good solution for my situation would not be in this forum and wasting your time.
I want real advice related to internet marketing please.

      You're absolutely right, to tell you the truth I've been living day to day this past time. I just enter the work force less than a year ago and I'm struggling. If you please could help me with this I would be infinitely grateful. I know that this amount of money is not impossible to achieve with IM

      Yea I would agree with this If you really need to make money by the end of the month, IM is not the place to do it. It can take time to find your feet and start building an income. You would honestly be better getting a job as a waiter just for the month to make the money, and working on IM quietly in the background without the pressure.

        This is going to be very difficult because in my country the minimum wage is about $250 a month about $1.44 an hour... also, as a culture we do not tip...

        Also, manual labor is really cheap here, you would make about $1 washing a car...

      I know, it may be annoying to the seasoned members (and maybe it'll start annoying me in a few months too...) but for some people it's just easier to think along these lines, especially if they're use to other ways of making money (I'm saying so because I started one too. ). The "I need to make x in x amount of days" threads at least offer some clarification....after all we're all here to learn. So thanks at least to everyone who takes time out to answer these types of threads. They help more people than just the O.P.

    Go and wash cars or something productive like that. If you desperately need the money I have a feeling you wouldn't be sitting here wasting time asking us how to earn it... you would be out hitting the pavements looking for manual labor you can start right away.

    I am so sick of seeing these types of threads. I need 1 million dollars by the end of the year, what should I do. Do what everyone else does when they need money... get a job! IM is not some magic little genie lamp you can come along to and rub whenever you need some money... contrary to what a lot of people seem to think.

    If you are serious about making it in IM then be in it for the long haul not just a quick money grab.

    You may be serious about things but if that's the case then a thread like this isn't the way to get started in my opinion.

    Well, there are tons of ways to make money online, and what you should choose mainly depends upon your personal strengths, budget, and how long you are willing to stick to it.

    If you have very little till not experience with Internet Marketing, making $1000 per month is going to be tough. However, you can do it if you work the right system RIGHT.

    You might be better advised to do something that makes you money to a 100% (search for something locally).

    In the meantime while you work, you can spend more time doing proper research online.

    Im not sure im going to get you 900$ by the end of the month with it, but bare with me.
    Reselling products is a great opportunity to earn good money.
    If you are saying that it is very pricey to live there , this is your chance to find something that costs more in your city then in other place in the world and resell it there.
    I can tell you that this is very common these days, and i found a lot of people who made good money with this.
    So, just saying, Try to do something good with the bad

    In addition to what Will said, I will also add that your question is very general. You're basically asking, "How can I make money online?" There are so many different ways to approach this that it's really hard to answer such a general question. It's better to ask detailed questions on specific topics - SEO, article syndication, product creation, etc.

    I would like to help you, AlejandroPuyol, very much, but the point is, $900 in a month from nothing? I mean, if you had a plan by this time and know exactly what you need to do and what it should take, you could get there if you were really smart. But it doesn't work like that. I takes a lot of time and if it didn't, then people wouldn't be struggling for such a long time.

    I'm not sure, if IM is the right place to go.
