How do you decide if a stranger is worth being followed on Twitter?
I quickly check ratio of following vs./ followers:
If it's like 100/1 - automatic trash can.
10/1 - red flag + suspicion check
1/1 - quick check
>1/1 - almost auto follow.
>2/1 - you're lucky to be followed by good guy
