Amazon - How to make money outside US

I currently have an Amazon.com account where my sites are linked to. What would I need to do to add Amazon.co.uk so I would make money from these sales from outside the US?

Any help appreciated. I have a heard of various plug- ins - I would l just like to kmow the most straightforward way to do this.

    I use the affiliate link localizer plugin for wordpress and that works fine for me.

      Yes, the link localizer plugin detects where the browser is from and sends them to the appropriate Amazon.
      You do also have to get an account for each Amazon country too.

    It would be very wise to set up a separate .co.uk for this
    project.

    If you use a .com then you will attract mostly visitors from outside
    the UK.

    People from the UK will not buy from Amazon.com

    I've heard people have had problems with the Amazon affiliate link localizer plugin. When I installed it, it came up with errors so I removed it.

    Gaz Cooper has a link localizer plugin which is more advanced, you might want to consider that.

    If you don't want to use a plugin. You could just have country flags at the end of the review, with a link to purchase from US or UK. The only problem with this is that when you link images, etc.. you can only link to one specific countries amazon site, but it would still give your visitors the choice.

      My plugin also has a Flag only option which you can use independantly of the link localizer but as Cooler said with regards to images to can only link to one country but the flag option works really well and can be linked directly to the product specific page for each product.
