Unique monthly visitors: 6500 - 7000

Niche: How to get you ex back (Spanish) - (Como recuperar a tu ex)

Renevue:

Last 6 months

july - $327
agoust - $211
september - $192
octuber - $249
november - $153
december - $57
january until now - $100

Total: $1289

URL: Como recuperar a tu ex pareja | Recupera a el amor de tu vida

I've sold other websites on flippa but not with revenue and not in Spanish
One thing i want to let the buyers know is that, im giving away a freebie (ebook along with the e-cover design) and a 35 follow up articles to aweber , also a exit popup plugin to increase opt-ins

I want to give away the site to the buyer letting him know this site will earn revenue hands free, and the list will be built with the same free SE traffic.

What do you think, how much can i get for this particular site?

I was thinking $2000 USD. too much? too little?

Thanks in advance all your opinions will be appriciated!

If this site is making money as you've outlined, you'd be foolish to sell it for an immediate lump sum.

While you might "need" money for other "projects", why give up one project that's actually earning?

Why not take the site/blog to the next level? Why not build more passive income using this site/blog?

Why not come up with other ways to fund your "projects"?

      Hi GMD

I dont think is foolish, cuz if i sell the site for 2k - 3k i can build 20 - 30 sniper sites and rank them on Google for high CPC keywords. and from those sites i can sell the ones are not earning much and still get good money , and soo on . right now i have just this site, what i need is to build more portafolio and not put all my eggs in 1 basket

      Thanks for the answer

About $2k seems right, sites with earnings seem to sell for about 10x monthly earnings on Flippa, sometimes more.

That looks about right. Sites usually go for about 10x their monthly income.

The thing you want to keep in mind, is that if you keep it and continually add and improve the value and the presentation of your product, you may very well be sitting on a goldmine which could potentially make much, much more.

    I hope this helps.

    Cheers,
    Joshua

You should be able to get 20x earnings on Flippa if the site looks good and you create a great listing.

I know part of the reason is seasonal, but the revenue is declining instead of increasing. I would get the site back up to the original level before selling it.

sbucciarel hit it pretty darn well. This is probably the most important factor right here. To get the highest value, you will want to demonstrate the following:

      • The site has a traffic pattern that is increasing, not decreasing
      • The site has room to grow which you can demonstrate growth in
      • The benefactor could invest XYZ to enable a higher growth rate
      • Match up revenue to size and use that to determine est. revenue with est. future growth.
If you can do the above list, you should be able to get serious buyers who will purchase it for 20-50x monthly revenue. I personally have purchased websites for 20x-30x and have personally sold them for as high as 100x. The above factors are super important, but not exclusive to a successful sale. Keep on reading around, use this as an opportunity to learn and have fun!

I heavily agree with @sbucciarel here...

You're showing a decline from Oct-Nov-Dec that is off-putting and will hurt your overall value. If the sites are stable (and they should be) I would definitely consider waiting until March/April to sell. My guess is that (based on Jan earnings already) you'll show growth over the next few months that will be MUCH more interesting to buyers.

Let's say you wait until April to sell, and your Jan-Feb-Mar income is like $200-$250-$300, respectively.

You'll easily get 10x on the auction...that should be a given...so you're looking to get at least $2,500 for the site.

If it were me...I would start the bidding off at $1 with no reserve. You have long-term provable income. I would include EVERYTHING related to traffic, income, etc...overdeliver on details. Give away everything, showing you have nothing to hide and making it extremely easy for buyers to dig into the information and get excited about the purchase.

Switch your link here in the WF to include a link to your Flippa auction once it's live. Make sure to comment, ask questions, etc. in any thread here mentioning Flippa...that will help.

Your goal will be to get eyeballs on your auction so that you get the most watchers/bids as possible. Make sure to only accept low bids early...the goal will be to get 15+ bids so that you get on the first page of the Most Active section towards the end of the auction.

List the auction for about a week and DO NOT sell short when you're 2-3 days from the end of the auction. People will try to contact you and sneak in a deal, knowing the site will go for more...resist their offers to purchase on the side.

Within 48 hours from auction ending, feature on the first page. This will drive a ton of eyeballs, watchers, and bids. When you're 12 or so hours from ending do it again. It's only $50 and every bid over $1,000 is a minimum of $50 extra, so only one extra bid pays for the feature.

Remember...the auctions don't end at the time they say they will. Any new bid extends the auction out another 4 hours...so you don't have to worry about bidders sniping your auction. For our BEST tips to sell on Flippa...check this out:
