Avoiding pitfalls when buying a website?
I´ve been looking over att flippa to buy an already established website that automatically brings in money. Is there alot of scams going on there?, I mean the claimed traffic is not accurate, does not bring in as much money as claimed etc, have you bought sites from there or other places and what pitfalls should should I avoid If I want to make a good deal?
