Sucessful JV's
For those of you are considering a JV do not fear.
There are many like minded trustworthy people just waiting to get hooked up with an IM partner.
Although our situation happened quite by accident. Its just this kind of situation that can develop into a long term business association.
Things I learned about a successful JV:
1. Trust - if you don't trust your partner then it will not work no matter how much money you are making.
2. Get all you ducks in a row. Make sure that all partners have access to passwords for emails, joint accounts etc.
3. Talk, Talk, Talk. Vent, Vent, Vent.
4. Discover each others strengths and weaknesses
5. The Workload will not be equal. Although you may assign tasks and try to accomplish goals. Your partner will not always be able to be there 24/7
Once you have worked out all the kinks a successful JV can flourish into a very satisfying, successful online business.
