What Are These Infractions All About?

Just been looking through my profile and seen some guy, that got banned the day after, put an infraction against me back in Sep last year.

What is an infraction? Is it important? Obviously its expired but I didnt even know about it?

    Infractions don't affect you in any way. It's just a way of one member advising another member that they're either breaking the rules, behaving badly, or are posting while intoxicated (by the last definition I'm amazed I don't have a million infractions!).

    So I wouldn't worry about it. Personally, I've never given an infraction, if I see someone breaking the rules, I use the report post button (the red triangle thingee underneath all our names when we post) or I send them a polite Private Message (PM) if I think they're just making an honest mistake.

    If they're being a jackhole, I sick the Hillbilly Marketer or the Zen Redneck on 'em!!!
