INTERNET MARKETING

Hi All,

Quick question! I just want to make an app for the people on my site. I am hoping there is a free service where I can make an app (don't need a lot of function, just for an RSS). I don't really need it in the App Store or Android Store. If they could host it or if I could put both on my site and they can download somehow from there, that would be perfect. THANKS!

Something quick and easy.
