I have not dealt with this company yet, but I've been talking to them. I've been considering this company for a while.
They're on flippa selling sites for other people. He won't sell your website unless you gross at least $10,000 a year. You do have to give him complete stats on your site, then they'll give you a fee to list. He doesn't have a fixed rate. He has a variable rate dependent on type of business, visitors, sales profit, and lot of other stuff.

Again, the company has brokered alot on flippa.

You can contact established sellers you see on Flippa and state your offer or how much are you willing to share with them

Hi, if you need a good Flippa seller, I'm here.
I have a good experience from the opening of Flippa, and I also released one fo the first video courses about blog flipping, when Flippa wasn't so famous.

I don't ask money for selling websites, but only a donation (after the sale, otherwise nothing).

I was wondering if you could give me some insight on whether it's worth it to sell a site that has minimal income, but has good traffic, ranking, unique content, fanpage, email list.

I'm just somewhat lost of value when a blog doesn't really earn much income but has other value in it.

Check out CJ Parker, he released a product on site flipping a year or two ago and he regularly flips sites for clients of all sizes.
