    I got a copy of that. I didn't actually bother reading it. PayPal loses half of my transaction emails (or probably Hotmail does), so I rarely check them.

      Yeah, I got it...

      Looks like a dedicated support line from reading it over. Actually looks like something that could save a ton of time. It looks like it directs you to dedicated agents based on the last 4 digits of your social security number.

    Yes it is a dedicated line and it will be sent to those that have been with paypal for a period of time and make x amount of sales, I think

      I got it - figured it went out to anyone with a business account at paypal.

      However, I did have an issue this week and was surprised to find it solved quickly and efficiently with one phone call to paypal at the phone # listed on their site. I didn't have to jump through a single hoop - nice change.

    Well my emai lstarted out with:

    but I see their definition of exclusive differs from Miriam Webster and me.

    If it was exclusive for ME, how come all you guys and gals can use it to LOL
