Do you have a warrior+ account if you do there is an affiliates section that costs $4 to enter and it has Affiliates galore!

I may be wrong as I haven't used Warrior Plus to attract affiliates, but my understanding was it was only for those wanting to promote products sold here on Warrior.

Hopefully someone who knows the system will be able to clarify.

What are you currently doing to promote your affiliate program?

I actually havn't done anything to promot my affiliate programs. The most I have done is contacting online friends to get them to promote. I have about 5 people promoting for me for each product.

I open to any advice when it comes to attracting affiliates.

You can also put your products up on clickbank for affiliates to see and promote your products!

The Affiliates section on the warriorplus website is not just for promoting but also for putting up your own products there for Affiliates to see.

Yes, you could certainly use the power of this forum to get affiliates to promote your products.
Anyway, you should provide them with quality additional information, such as:

    1) Review examples
    2) Best traffic sources for your type of product
    3) Images and banners
    4) Sample ads
    5) Some chapters of your product (if is an ebook)
    6) Special discounts for your affiliates
    7) In general, all those things affilates need to make a great promotion...

This is a well thought out answer. The only thing I would ad is to tell them the commission rate right up front.

      Example:
For our product we pay a flat $125 USD per sale. Which we actually do btw

... and the number one thing you need, to attract affiliates (wherever/however you're selling) is: proven conversions of targeted traffic.

Otherwise, however good one is at attracting affiliates, one will never retain them anyway.

    best ways we have found.

    - Get a JV or affiliate broker. (it will cost you some money but well worth it)

    - Go to trade shows, journals, or affiliate marketing forums.

    - Once you have a customer who has purchased from you, do not waste the sale, turn them into an affiliate and give them benefits and even show them the best way to promote for you. If you have a good converting sales page, this will make money with hardly any work. This works for our clickbank products.

WHen I look at this and read this, I see a young version of myself.

You are missing out on a ton of money mate.

As soon as I started building a list of prospects and especially a list of buyers, wow....WHAOOOOOO! wow... my whole business and lifestyle changed very quickly for the good.

If I lost everything, and even the shirt on my back, the first thing I would do is borrow some money and start building a list. No better resource you can have in your back pocket of your business than a list of prospects, or buyers.

Borrowing money ain't easy these days.

But I'll be looking into it. Perhaps I should get my feet wet and start thinking more about this because I do have the knowledge, the only thing that keeps me from multiplying my income is the money that I need to invest.

Perhaps, $50K - $100K would build me a HUGE list of prospects/potential affiliates.
yes sorry I was not making fun either. Just saying you need to incorporate this into your business. For starters you just need $30 bucks a month for aweber or an auto responder. Then just drive traffic to a squeeze page, you do not need $50k. I would start smaller and do some little tests and then once you have something that works scale it up, yes.

      Good luck to you.
