MembersGear with PayPal?

Hi all

I just came across a free and awesome and
feature-rich membership site software called
MembersGear.

The only thing I don't like is that I have to setup
my product with PayGear. Even though PayGear
allows payments via PayPal and others, I still want
just PayPal.

Any ideas how to do this?

Thanks
Karan

If the website provides the option for ONLY paypal, you can get it otherwise there may not be any way to bypass their system unless there is a way to redirect the payment link.

So why you want only paypal since paygear provide it's payment option?
Is there any fee using it's service?

    Well, yes, they have fee:

Fees - PayGear : Affiliate Software | Sell Online | Affiliate Program

This + fee by PayPal. This feels like a robbery
    unless I'm missing something.

Also, the UI of PayGear is not good, and it's
pretty new, and buggy so can't trust it completely.

I've looked at membergear and it looks like a great system but I agree with you about the payment system. It seems to me that this is their way of monetizing the system, which I definitely don't like. Id rather pay for the thing than have the payment system tied to them.
what if their payment system gets blocked by Paypal, what if they disappear, what if they increase their fees, what if the system fails - all in all this is what put me off membergear completely

After going through all the info I could find on MembersGear, I see that there is an option to use either PayGear, Authorize.net, or Paypal, or any combination of them. You don't end up paying fees to more than one payment processor. I haven't tried to use PayGear yet, because my system will be "free", but from the supplied information, PayGear will charge you a fair amount less for processing than PayPal, if the buyer selects that option. Considering that it's only a few minutes of time to set up a product with them, it appears to be money in the bank.
