how to sell a high converting squeeze page with a 446 subscriber list effectively

hi there,

i own a squeeze page with a 446 (aweber) subscriber list and i want to sell this effectively. if a prospect signs up to the list, he will receive a high value video course and a HIGH value weekly newsletter ( over 50 week with great content-it's all set up for the buyer ) ...the squeeze page is in the make money online for beginners niche and within the newsletter there are affiliate links to the chris farell membership site....and has i high conversion rate!!!

i have done seo ( off page for some keywords for example chris farrell membership )...

additionally i bought a seo campaign some month ago from a highly respected warrior that will move the website to the first page of google for the keyword "how to make money on the internet" with a highly monthly exact match search volume ( currently on page 5 for that search term )...

how can i sell this squeeze page with the subscribers list effectively ? can anybody help ?

thank you

silvio

You have a number of problems including:

    1) You went with Aweber. The bad reputation there keeps most legitimate contact management system providers from accepting a direct transfer. Deliverability is very low with Aweber since most ISPs know that a large portion of Aweber customers are spammers and scammers.

    2) The list is tiny. Such a small number of subscribers isn't worth very much time to even evaluate.

    3) You didn't mention anything about a business entity owning the list. Buying or selling a list without the business entity that owns it is very sketchy. You don't want to sell the list. You sell the corporation or LLC that owns the list. Then the list doesn't technically change hands. It was an asset of the business entity before the transfer. It is still an asset of the business entity after the transfer.

If you want to be in the business of building and selling lists, then:

    1) Register a business entity.

    2) Don't use Aweber. Use Constant Contact, EmailBrain or an inhouse solution. Create the relationship with the CMS using the business entity, not your personal name.

    3) Build it to at least 10,000 strong.

Sell the business entity through the normal channels: Chamber of commerce meetings, angel investor meetings, whatever other business meetups you have locally, etc. There are also online sites to buy and sell businesses, but they will be more suspect of list builders than local sources where you can explain exactly what you do.

UMMMM, I think that most ALL Warriors will agree that Aweber is THE best in email marketing.

    HOLLA IF YA HEAR MA!
