The Road To Success...

...is long and it takes a lot of work, at least in the beginning.

I recently saw a thread or WSO from Willie Crawford and it had a line it that really stuck with me. I can't find the exact thread, and I'm probably getting the quote wrong, but the point is the same...

It said, "You'll watch me do all the boring, mundane stuff no one else is willing to do."

In the end, that's what separates the winners from the losers. You actually have to work. Think you can outsource everything? Someone has to manage that team. Hire a manager, someone has to manage them...

Think about this...

Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers all spend more time studying their craft than anyone else in the world. And they are the best of the best.

So the next time you're wondering what to do, write an article, reach out to someone in your community and make a relationship, build some links, whatever.

Take action... Study diligently... and do what others aren't willing to do.

I mean Willie makes 7 Figures a year (so I hear) and he still does boring stuff...

Wishing you success.

I agree. Outsourcing does help, but if you do outsource everything, you will still need to work hard and do boring stuff.

Outsource what you aren't as good at, or what truly don't like doing.

DO- what youre good at and what you do like doing. Adjust outsourced
      work to meet your expectation.

Yeah, I follow this principle, and I even outsource things I am good at but don't have time. But if you don't manage it, it's all for nothing.

You just always see people wanting to know what the secret is... Well according to one of the best he still does a lot of boring stuff...

That tells me the secret just might be hard work.

The road to success is not fun, it's long, tedious and boring. Of course, you can outsource some of the tasks to better leverage your activities and just focus on the one that you enjoy the most, keep them for yourself.

It has been said that "the devil is in the details", but so is a lot of the the money. Detailed, "boring" work is often the backbone of the implementation of great ideas. As others have said, much of this can be outsourced but it will always require some form of management/leadership to ensure that the idea is progressing in the correct direction.

There is always room for the "personal touch", which entails what some others may consider to be "boring".
