How to upsell...

well study their process because they obviously offered you the right products at the right time and the right price

they say mac donalds make millions extra each day by asking the right question at the right time.

You go in and ask for a cheesbrurger and a drink
they suggest you go for a all in one meal - ha if you can call mcd´s a meal , as it works out cheaper and you get chips too
then you say yes why not
then they ask do you want to super size it
if you say yes or no they will then ask you if you want a desert with that.

they have you in a buying mood and offer the right product at the right place
for example to super size my be 50cents and you get a bigger coke and more chips
so you´ve spent let´s say 7 dollars, now they ask if you want a desert, sure it´s only an extra dollar.

so from coming in for a burger worth a dollar they have upsold you by 7 dollars

now if you walk in and ask for a burger and they try and sell you the desert and then the supersize and then the meal it won´t work, so you need to think of the order you create your upsell and the pricing
