Cheap & Free Images?

Hey Guys,

I'm making a lot of Facebook ads lately, and I need a source for images. I want to stay "full jedi" and not swipe from Google Images, just using legal ones.

Since these are for tiny Facebook Ads, they can be very low resolution.

Also, since I'll be going through a lot, I really would prefer not to pay more than $0.30 per image if possible.

I just need generic ones of women smiling for dating ads, etc. Nothing too amazing.

Any suggestions? Thanks,

Dan, check out Stock Photography: Download Free Stock Photos & Royalty Free Images They have a free section of images, and they're quite good.

  I've been using Stock Photo Exchange for quite some time. BUT, I've never used any of the images for PPC. It's all free and all of the images on there have the licensing terms with them.

I'd be careful with SXU (Stock Exchange) - since they are owned by Getty Images...

Especially when using images depicting a person.

Here's straight from the licensing terms on a random free image of a person:

You may not use the Image
...
-For pornographic, unlawful or other immoral purposes, for spreading hate or discrimination, or to defame or victimise other people, sociteties, cultures.
-To endorse products and services if it depicts a person.
...

SXC.hu is free I believe, but a word of caution: be careful using "free" images from the internet, even from sites that claim their pictures are free and have no rights, or give you rights - because often they are not, or they have been uploaded by somebody who doesn't hold rights.

If it is something small and simple like a Facebook ad, I am sure that hiring a decent designer won't cost much - I recommend using a service like "Fivrr" to find a half decent designer who is willing to do you some designs and only charge £5.

I would offer to do the designs myself for you but unfortunately I don't currently own a computer (I am at my sisters house atm, using her computer).
