i have an online business creating websites. I need an efficient and effective way to keep track of a sales team to bring me new customers.
What would be the best way if you have experience in this field.

I'm looking for a method that is easy to keep track of and easy to determine who to give credit for each sale.

    Start an affiliate program. To do this, sign up for Clickbank or Paydotcom... and if you have the money, buy Adrian Ling's "EasyClickMate" software. Your sales force in the THOUSANDS will be affiliates from these 2 sites. Also, create an affiliate signup form and submit them to the affiliate directories.
