Please Help - can we use article directory site's articles?

Hi all,
I want to know that do article directory sites, like ezine, gives us the rights to publish their articles on our blog..

Are their articles copyrighted....?

If we use their articles on our site, do Google ban the site then?

Please give me your suggestions about the matter.

    As long as you include the resource box at the end. And, no duplicate content like this doesn't hurt you with google.

      You must keep the article as is and it must include the bio. The authors actually love when their articles are posted on peoples blogs because this gives them more exposure.

    Hi mohitsmith,

    Each article directory should have a terms of use that explains the specific rules for republishing work.

    For example, there may be some limitations on how many articles you can republish, how you give credit (it may be more than a resource box), and where you are allowed to publish them.

    Don't assume they all have the same rules. It shouldn't be too difficult to find their rules. Look for "terms of services", "publishers", "publishing guidelines" or something similar.

    I was doing it in wrong way, even google had grey band my one of sub directory, now i'll do the work wisely.
