Is there a hosting service that allows multiple logins with *nearly* full account access?

I'm looking for a hosting company that will give me multiple logins to all aspects of my account EXCEPT for billing, personal, and that type of information.

Basically, I'd like to give someone doing work for me a login that will let them get in and about to wherever they need to do technical things, not just FTP or database work. I've encountered situations where they have had to walk me through some settings and such in order to get their apps working on my website. That's something that I don't want to have to deal with.

Any suggestions on good hosting companies that provide this capability?

The hosting company I use is Hostgator - not sure if they can support the capabilities you're asking for. I had another host before I switched and am happy with them. They have a helpful customer service team - perhaps you can contact them and ask them your questions?

Take a look in your Account Admin where you create new contacts. Mine allows me to create "technical contacts" who only has access to technical stuff.

But I host with Hetzner in South Africa on a server in Germany so it may not suite you.

Usually, billing and personal info is not part of access to a website. So just give the direct login to the website, not your hosting acccount.

If it's a cPanel based site, it's usually like: http://yourdomain.com:2082
