Amazon Affiliate Payment

I noticed when you sign up you are only offered the following:

Amazon.com Gift Certificate/Card

Direct Deosit

Check

How come they don't allow Paypal? Might be a stupid question but I though I should ask, lol.

Have no idea but the ones on offer work well, I actually have to receive a check and wait forever but that is the beauty of having multiple streams of income, I am never really waiting for it to clear.

If you live in the US direct deposit is an option, I wish they would use payoneer that would be great but they dont so we just have to live with it.

WP, I was just curious, everyone else does it so I thought it was strange that Amazon doesn't.

I am expecting my first check from amazon and I was just wondering how long does your checks take sent from the US to Thailand? Also, are there any banks here in particular that you would recommend or not recommend to cash the check and how long will it usually clear?

      Thanks in advance

    Hi
I would email Amazon CS and ask them direct. That is the best way i think.

Only Amazon can answer that question Both Amazon and affiliates have succeed for many years using those payment methods so there might be no reason for them to add more payment methods.

Your info says: Location: McKinney, Tx? Can't you just open bank account, setup direct deposit and be done with it?

I guess they will always do what is best for them. Including Paypal or even opening up bank payments to people outside the U.S would be great but they obviously don't see the need at present.

I wish they would open up bank payments personally because I hate giving my UK bank a cut of each cheque for them to process it.

of course they won't! Paypal is their Direct Competition! Paypal is owned by their archrival Ebay. They won't even allow buyers to use Paypal as a Payment method when buying on Amazon.

I am in South Africa, would I be able to use your service to collect commissions from Amazon?

You can imagine the time it takes to receive and clear a check. If I earn money this month I would be lucky to actually have it within 4 months!!

Yes, if you're a Payoneer cardholder you can contact our Customer Support department and apply for the US Payment Service. This service enables you to receive US ACH transfers from our white list of approved senders (which includes Amazon). Payments received via this service are then loaded onto your Payoneer card, which can be used worldwide wherever debit MasterCard is accepted.

I guess that is the reason. It is really annoying for a lot of people though. They should put aside these petty rivalries or whatever it is that is preventing them from adding this convenient payment method for the sake of their affiliates.

They don't use PayPal for various reasons, the way I take payments is through Check, it's quite a long period before it arrives, than until the bank clears the payment, but it works.

May be it is because Paypal is not available in many parts of the world and they want the affiliate system to appeal globally may be not..

Is there anyone else who has the Payoneer card and is also an affiliate with Amazon (or any other Affiliate Network for that matter minus the CPA networks, though) that would like to share their experience? Thanks.

I'm seeking a way to acquire the card, without having to deal with any of Payoneer's B.S. business partners. ( A lot the companies on their partner list is really of poor professional quality. )
