Hey guys
Me and my Business partner are launching our product online. The thing we want is to automatically split our profit 50/50 to our PayPal accounts. I mean when the prospect buys our product we receive the payment to our PayPal's split at 50/50 straight away Is there any good method doing so apart from 7$ script ? Cheers |

From the back of my mind, you should create a script which rotates the Paypal address at the order page every time someone pays.
For example, after a buyer pays you using your Paypal, the script will change the Paypal address in the order page to your partner's Paypal so that he'll receive the payment next time someone buys. It's not a pefect 50/50 split, just alternating Paypal address. |

Well to monitor the earnings you can use E-Junkie. It tracks all orders like charm.

You could use the RAP script to alternate payments. I believe PayPal at least frowns on, if doesn't explicitly ban split payments. They're inconvenient for the purchaser and a potential nightmare for refunds and disputes.

If you do it like that, one of you might end up eating a ton of refunds and the amount of profit each of you make very well could be different.
My partner and I send all the money to one paypal account that we can both access and then split and wire the earnings about once a week. All our expenses, advertising, refunds come out of the paypal so, we are splitting profit. This ensures one of us doesn't end up on the short end of the stick. |
