Help With Converting from Website for offline service company

Hi,

First does anyone know a good conversion level that a website should do for a cleaning service or service industry ?

I have a client that is only converting at less than .5 percent. I think its horrible and they need their web designed and copy written or something.

Can you guys give some tips to help this website convert better. I have them seod really well. and have them ranked number 1 for their company .

But, they are getting 500 people looking for a cleaning company and only getting a couple forms a day or calls. and only landing a couple. I know you cant get everyone but I would think at least 3 conversion or higher should be realistic.

So help where can I turn too.

the site is Atlanta House Cleaning Services Maid Carpet Cleaning Roswell Marietta Dunwoody Alpharetta

You might not be able to get a good conversion rate from your own site but if you link up with other sites like service-magic, angies list, etc., your overall conversion rate would go up...

If your site is very well SEO-ed, then all you are able to do is make your site more visible; but that doesn't mean that you are able to build "more trust"... SEO will give you visibility, not trust... trust will happen with reviews, customer feedback, etc. and that will get you more leads...

    Hope this helps... Good luck!

Offline probably means small and local. Work on local marketing (with Google Maps/adsense for example), as well as local social marketing (having a facebook page and inviting some close local friends to like it so it will get shared around) and some local advertising on Facebook as well. If someone knows the place, they'll like the page, or click the link and that will share it around with other local friends. If you want to up your conversions, just make sure you're focusing on the people who are most likely to convert: people who have physically seen or been to a place.

It may help to thoroughly proof read the content. I found one error in just the first paragragh. The first testamonial from Martin Stein mispells the company name.

its good for local marketing , the problem is converting those to leads. It seems way to low.

My antivirus blocked a trojan from your sig link, what is up with that.

Don't click Start a Cleaning Business, trojan blocked.

your antivirus is messed up if its showing a trojan. Might be your computer that is infected if that is the case.
