Listing pages

I have been thinking about making an listing site for pawn shops. Now I know there is some sites already but this is in a specific niche.
I got some general questions:
How do I get traffic to alike pages?
How do I make money on this? Do I simply email every pawnshop there is and ask for a fee to be listed or get some extras (if listed already)?
Does site like this has any flipping value?

    I think you need to change your signature...

    If you want to make a site for these pawn shops you need to do a few things:

    1) Get a domain name that is keyword rich: "(cityname)pawnshops.com" "pawnshops(cityname)"

    2) Add articles that are keyword rich that discuss pawnshops.
    3) Offer the pawnshops the opportunity to list for free for one month.
    4) Do SEO work on the site and get it ranked #1 for your sites. Within a month you should start seeing natural organic traffic.
    5) Take your traffic proof and show the local sites. Then start charging them money!

      How do I go on charging the sites money? Do I simply email them? Also do they pay with paypal?
