Issue With Powerpoint Presentation?

Hey Guys....

Can anyone help me out here...at the moment I'm venturing into creating PowerPoint presentation videos for my membership site...but I'm not successful at JUST capturing the presentation within the white frame only!

No matter what resolution and frame size I choose in the Camtasia editor prior to producing it it always shows the outer black background of the presentation in slideshow mode...I have actually *customized* the frame size within the four green frame indicators!

To me although the execution of the content is good..the black border doesn't look professional...can any of you guys help?

Thanks John.

If you're recording them on Camtasia with your voice over i believe you can take out the black on the outside..

      Hi John
this is a pain in the backside I know
How are you recording the screen? Are you using the Power point plugin or actually running the slide show and then recording the screen

what i do is set the slide show settings in Powerpoint to display in a window rather than full screen. then I record the screen and set the recording area to the full size of the Powerpoint slide. This should work.

So go to slide show settings and set it up to run in a window not full screen. that should work
      Hope this helps

        Hi Mark...

I create the powerpoint presentation then click on slideshow *From the Beginning* set the camtasia video frame to custom with the green corners right on the border of the white background and it still shows that black border..I'll try the settings you recommended....and thanks to all who give input much appreciated John.
