1SC inadvertently auto-incrementing order quantity on checkout, fix?
Hi - I sent in a ticket to 1SC about this, wanted to know if anyone else has any feedback...
The problem: when someone visits a checkout page in 1SC, if they just do that and then order, all's well. But if they don't order, and re-visit the page, or click refresh, it auto-increments the quantity, which kills sales. They don't want to buy 2 (or 3 etc) of something, and they don't know to click the 'return to cart' to manually fix it.
Anyone else run into this? It looks like 1SC is cookieing their pc with the first order attempt, so a 2nd/refresh page auto-increments the quantity, which customers don't want. I tested it myself, and that's how it works.
