Huge Surppression lists

Hi guys
I am trying to set a up a CPA where I need to upload a huge surpression list into aweber to meet affiliate guidelines.

I am new to this but my intention is to send traffic through an optin in aweber onto my landing page with relevent promotions .

How the hell do you upload a massive surpression list into aweber without their page timing out - or is there a better way of doing this

      Yes I did that and have just recieved their reply, stating that

      "suppression list within AWeber is not really suited for what you're looking for, for a variety of reasons. First of which it will only prevent broadcast messages from sending, it will have no effect on autoresponder campaigns and people on a suppression list can still join. It is meant to serve a temporary purpose for subscribers who have already joined, and is largely a legacy feature left over from the days where advanced segmenting wasn't possible"

      If anyone has any cheap alternatives - please let me know
