CB and Plimus did not accept my ebook , any alternative?

Plimus recently banned anything Forex related so that's not surprising.

What was the disapproval reason for Clickbank? They should approve it with some negotiation assuming that it's not really sketchy.

i knew plimus banned forex products, CB also banned forex product

now i looking for alternative to promote my forex ebook

There are many, including simply selling it on your own site. But if even ClickBank has refused it, you could possibly face some pretty grave legal/regulatory issues over it, wherever you sell it, I suspect? Maybe some up-to-date legal advice would be a good first port of call, here?

they dont accept new forex product

  Ok, thanks ... didn't know this. A sudden change of mind from them, then. Maybe wise, though, when you look at some of the sales pages of these products ... in this era of increased regulatory interest/enforcement.

Have a more "legit" product that can be approved, and see if your ebook can be a bonus - and perhaps it is the bonus that drives sales.

Frankly, though, you need a new niche.
