ClickBank Help Please

Hello,

Does anyone know why ClickBank would give 2 different commission rates for the same product? Does it depend on the payment method?

Also does anyone know what the item column is under transactions?

Help is very much appreciated.

      The exact amount you actually get from Clickbank - either as an affiliate or as a merchant - depends on hte location of the purchaser.

      If your customer is in the EU, ClickBank are obliged to levy VAT (Value Added Tax - although I've never been able to work out what value the tax represents) on each purchase at the rate set in the customer's country. That is currently 15% in the UK, but can be as high as 25%.

      In these cases the overall commission you'll receive as an affiliate (or payment as a vendor) will vary by a small amount.
