Which Firefox SEO Toolbar Do You Use?

Hi warriors:

Thinking of installing an SEO toolbar onto my firefox browser. Can anyone recommend a good one? Or is this something you don't bother with becoz you have something better?

I use SeoQuake - extension for Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox browsers it's saved me a LOT of time

  I second the suggestion coming from J. Taylor.
  
  I installed it on FF3 and I am satisfied with it.

  Geesh, I hate running with pack but SEO Quake is the top dog as far as SEO plug-ins go. That said, if you download it, make sure you have it disabled when you aren't doing research (you will not be able to access yahoo temporarily if you don't).
