The retail business model has long been based on a simple customer acquisition and retention strategy.


1. Get potential customers into your store.
2. Convince them to pay for your product or service.
3. Bring them to back to purchase again.



Acquire. Convert. Retain.


In Internet Marketing Lingo:


1. Get potential clients into your site/funnel/whatever.
2. Convince them to pay for your product or service.
3. Bring them to back to purchase again and
again and again and again.


Rinse. Wash. Repeat.

Very true and, do you know what is really, really astonishing?

Shopkeepers don't keep re-writing 'the best ways to keep a shop' and sell it to each other!

that is so very true! never thought of it like that, but that's EXACTLY what the IM Niche keeps doing to each other
