I have checked on a whois website and it says that Land-rover.net is taken. Thus, Your only option to acquire Land-rover.net is to buy it for $2000 from russian seller. Hope my answer helps you in answering your question.

The owner of this domain offered me a $2000. I want to know if I can sell it more expensive in the english segment of Internet?

You can sell it for more than US$2000 to english speaking nations but you must quickly sell it as it is a trademarked name. You could risk incurring lawsuits from Tata Motors, the owner of the Land Rover brand. If I were you, I would not buy it as it is too risky as I could incur lawsuits from a big company.

$2000 is a fair price, It has a hypen which reduces the price. Also Its a Trademark which also lowers its value. If you have a serious offer on the table, I personally would take it. Can you sell it for a higher price? Maybe but that could be 2-3 years later - this question is impossible to answer.

It could end up costing you a lot more than $2000 if Land rover sue you!

      Beware...

Whoa - before you even think about forking $2000 to some guy in Russia, answer this question: What would you do with that domain name? You're not going to sell Land Rovers through a niche website, so what is your plan to make money with any site attached to that domain name? You "might" get lucky and find a Land Rover dealer willing to buy the name from you - but in truth, I doubt it.

OK. Thanks you all for your answers.
Just wanted to resell it. But probably refuse the offer.
    Thanks again...

This isn't legal advice, but I wouldn't buy a trademarked domain.

On cax.com (member area) the appraisal value for Land-rover.net is $4,100.
Flippa is not right place to sell "domain only", i think.

Surely Land Rover is a protected brand name?

You shouldn't even have this, let alone be selling it for profit.

Land Rover is a protected brand name of Jaguar Land Rover PLC which is in turn own by Tata Motors.
