Any free softwares for Mac that can open and manage Excel files?

Hi!

I'm currently working on a "keyword organizer" that will be a part of my next product. And this "keyword organizer" is a Excel file.

So I wonder if you have any suggestions for an good and free software that Mac users can open and manage the Excel file with?
