Facebook ads takes too long to get approved?

Is anyone else having the same issues?
I submitted mine over 24 hours ago and still nothing back from facebok
Are they closed on the weekend US time?

Is there a way to call them at all?

This is getting ridiculous!

Cheers

Maximum I had to wait to get an ad approved was about 20 hrs but that was after having my ad disapproved once, usually it doesn't take more than couple of hours.

and no they don't offer phone support for advertisers.

Maximum time I've waited was 2 days. I submitted an ad friday night and got approved monday morning. I'm not exactly sure but it seems they don't approve ads on weekends. There is no way to call them.

Change your daily budget to an astronomical amount like $10,000.

        They'll approve you right away.

        Then change it back

I generally wait a little under 24 hours and it's quite possibly the only thing I like about FB!

I've heard some mixed and terrible things about Facebook's support or PPC program.

If it's anything like the website's functionality, Mark has slave labor monkeys cracking away like crazy to rush out updates as fast as possible without doing any kind of testing or quality assurance.

I do like the targeting features but what I don't like is how they present the ads. I still remember the "your friend has an IQ of xxx, can you beat that" style ads.
