The MASTERMIND - You in one? What is the TRUE value?

I am a newly active warrior and am currently looking to join a mastermind. I am curious as to what sort of value being in a mastermind has brought to your business? I see a lot of potential in the camaraderie that comes with being involved with group of people all moving in the same direction (toward success!). I'd love to hear more about the top thing you've learned from your mastermind, cool stories of successful partnerships forming, etc.

I also have a few questions. Feel free to answer any at your leisure
-How much time do you spend per week with your mastermind?

-What sort of activities do you find most valuable that are a part of your group?

-How has being involved in a mastermind improved/increased your business?

-What is the one thing about being in a mastermind that you love?

-What is the one thing about being in a mastermind that you hate?

-What sort of advice would you give an individual who is just starting out and is wanting to do online or offline marketing full-time?

There is so much potential on the warrior forum for motivated individuals to really turn their life around, and I think joining a mastermind is an excellent first step. Hearing the voice of successful individuals who have come before us is a great way to spur those along who might be on the fence about this whole internet business thing.

Hi There, I am in multiple mastermind groups, and have been since January of 2011. I find working together, and building joint ventures -- as one of the main benefits of the mastermind.

Look at it like working together to meet a common goal, it's A LOT easier when you have more people with you :-)

I love being able to work with other people who have the same interests as me, and build connections that will help my business for years to come

I spend a few hours a week in masterminds

It has improved my business by thousands (per month).

    Hate? nothing

You should have a specific business in mind and in action before you join a mastermind.

If you don't, all the people you talk to are going to be telling you about their successes doing dozens of different things, and they'll all sound cool and sexy and be stuff you want to do.... but that's the problem. You can't do it all, and if you jump around from one thing to another you'll never get anywhere in any of them.

So have a business first. Then a mastermind's value will be a complete no brainer.

You'll quickly be able to see the people in the group who you can help and who can help you.

Great call in having a specific business model in mind. Focus is definietly key to success in any business, and focusing on what you're good at seems to be a great path to success.
