List building? Lots of questions

Hello fellow warriors!|
I am new to the concept of list building, I was always in the mind set that "list building is not for me, Its to much work, Im not interested in that"
But Now I am seeing the value that having a list has on MANY marketers income and i want in on that action too, I have lost of questions but Ill start with just a few, I hope some of you can answer.

1. Aweber charges $19 for a list up to 500 and then I believe its $30 for list up to 1500 and it goes up according to list size correct?

2. Can we have say 4 list in 4 different niches on aweber with say 1200 people each and still only pay the $30 since each list will be under the 1500 number? Or does the TOTAL number of people on your account effect the price?

3. how many campaigns can we have on 1 aweber account? meaning can we have a different list in 15 different niches if we so chose?

4. What are some of the most cost effective ways to build a large list fast? ppc? media buys? And is it normal to make the money back that you spent on the list with a OTO?

5. where is the best pace to find TRUSTED solo ads? by trusted I mean people who actually have a REAL and responsive list that hasnt been marked to death.

I am sure I have more but thats a tall order i have already asked for.

    2) It's the total number...
    3) Unlimited number of lists.
    4) That will depend entirely on the niche the OTO conversion and your squeeze page conversion.
    5) Again that depends on your niche.

    Your questions have already been answered but I wanted to expand on this one.

    The best way to go about this is to just try different traffic sources and see what gets results. Different types of traffic sources respond differently to different niches. Once you've tried some different traffic sources, apply Pareto's Law, otherwise known as the 80/20 rule. Basically, find what 20% of traffic sources is getting you 80% of your traffic, and then focus on those traffic sources more and more.

    As for the OTO question, most niches can get to a point where the OTO covers the price of list building, and some can also start making profit out of it. But, don't expect that to happen right away. It takes a lot of testing to get to that point, plus the right offer. You have to test your ads, your squeeze page, your thank you page that has the OTO, etc. Run split-tests until you feel you've optimized each part of the funnel. With enough time, the right offer, and lots of testing, you should be able to get to the point where a OTO covers your costs.

    Some people might disagree with me, but in my experience, this is almost always the case.

    Yes, the questions have been briefly answered.

    A very key point in list building as in all of internet marketing is in the beginning.

    If you find a market where people are already buying that has some competition but not a ton (as you are new why not go after easier money) and then find niches and keywords in those markets, you can do the same amount of work and make money quicker and easier because of the lower competition.

      For ad swaps and solos I use safe-swaps. It costs money but ranks people on several criteria includig traffic quality so you have a little more knowledge then just buying a solo.

        What do you mean it ranks by crieteria using traffic quality?

    The cost of aweber rises proportionately with the total susbcribers you have in your autoresponders.

    As for traffic, there are a lot of free traffic sources that can help you build a reasonably sized list in no time. Your best bet is to concentrate on one and master it before moving to the next.

    One thing I've wondered is the following.

    Do I basically need to spend 10 dollars a month for a post office box or suite on top of whatever mailing list service I use in order to be able to comply with the laws of having an address in my e-mail correspondence with a list. PM me with the answer and I'll be quite grateful. Thanks.

    I suppose you don't have to but if you don't want everyone to know your home address and don't have another business address, you may want to.
