Finding Great Solo Ads – Lessons I Learned

One of my favorite ways to get traffic is to buy it with solo ads. Below are two lessons I learned when buying solos. What are your golden rules when buying solos?

1. I buy a small amount of clicks and see how much each subscriber cost me after any oto sales. In some cases I can make money immediately with a solo ad making my cost per subscriber free. The quality of the traffic you are buying is critical. Lesson Learn – start small and go big when you have tested it.

2. I rarely buy a solo ad based on initial cost alone. I try to test first and pay up for quality when it tests positively. I have found this is a much better strategy then buying the lowest cost ads. Lesson Learned – Buy solos based on quality and price.

    Buying solo ads for traffic can work really well.

    I usually use both the rules you have quoted but I also try to search about people's reviews about solo ads providers and try to choose one with good reviews and the give it a shot.

    Also know what your EPC is for the offer your promoting or the sales funnel your using. This way you will know how much you can spend on a solo ad.

    I too like to run solo ads for free. So if my sales from the solo ad covers the cost for the solo ad then I'll do it again and again as long as it keeps working. I will make profit when I send the people that were added to my list a second offer as I will have no cost in that one.
