Do you use Aweber + 1ShoppingCart?

We've been with 1SC since 2002 and AW since 2006.

Because of the difficulty/cost of migrating lists, we still have prospects in both systems and mail on a regular basis (3-4 times/week).

All of a sudden earlier this week, the 1SC messages started making it through to the Inbox. This is pretty rare, b/c 1SC deliverability (at least for our single opt-in list) is pretty bad.

At the same time 1SC deliverability improved, we noticed a small increase in the Complaint rate with our AW account and are a little confused and concerned.

Just some background...

We almost never come anywhere near the 0.10% problem threshold for AW Complaint Rates. It maybe happens all of 3-4 times/year.

However all of a sudden out of nowhere, our AW Complaint Rate spiked from 0.01%-0.05 to at/near 0.10%.

?Nothing changed that we know of?
Same very targeted traffic sources.
Same types of e-mail messages/campaigns.

Our theory...

A few people that have subscribed on both our 1SC and AW lists are now seeing both/duplicate messages for the first time in MONTHS... because 1SC messages are getting through to the Inbox for the first time in MONTHS.

Any ideas on what's going on here?

Am I missing something?

PS: Important Note. I really only want to hear from people that are actually using both Aweber + 1ShoppingCart now. It doesn't really help me to hear people who are former customers or those that just want to speculate.
