An Extra $123.40 From This Simple Tweak

I wanted to share something I did to one of my campaigns that ended up adding an extra $123.40 of profit this week.

This is really nothing new for experienced marketers, and I do something very similar on most of my campaigns. For this one, however, I had just used the default double opt in and confirm page in Aweber. I simply went in, and added a custom thank you page for single opt in, and after confirms.

On each the custom pages I added the typical thank you and confirmation reminder, but also added a free bonus which was a CPA offer. I use the actually product myself and the offer is free, so I had no problems promoting it. Check out the results for this week:



Again, using a custom page was nothing new to me, I just hadn't taken the time to set it up on this campaign, and I was leaving money on the table. It took me all of about 10 minutes to get this all running. This is especially important if you are using paid advertising, as you can recoup a lot of your advertising costs if you have a high converting page.

I only promote products on these pages that I actually use or know are really incredible in value. Hope this helps!

      To a thank you page with a CPA offer. For example, after they opt in I would send them to a page with the headline "Please Confirm Your Email For Instant Access To The Free Video"

      Then below that I would say.. "Take a look at this free offer I have lined up for you".... Something like that depending on your niche. I only use double opt in, so this gives you a way to monetize those single opt ins.

      Once they check their email and confirm, the page would say something like "Thank you for subscribing to ***** list, I promise to bring you the best content available"

      "Since you are now a valued subscriber, I have some FREE bonuses available.. Take a look below....."

      That's basically it.. I've tested with free CPA offers, paid offers and others. I like the results with a good CPA offer because if set up properly you should be able to break even or profit on the front end of any campaign.

      Just takes a lot of testing a tweaking. Make sure you track your results so you can optimize your pages!
