First in their car it give you a sense of "security" as it's an enclosed space with you and the speaker alone. This hypnotic environment gives the speaker the right to directly talk to you in his domain/ environment, with your guard off. This gives him/ her the edge in convincing you subconsciously as if they are not paying "too much" attention to their topic, and as if they are doing it in their "casual wear" and appears to be unscripted.
In fact their scripts were cleverly edited and pre-planned.
By setting this up in the car, they don't have to look to the camera and appears to be directly speaking to YOU. This trick can be designed for optin and presell pages.
