Which CPM netwrok is best ? Warriors help plz

I created a site about 15 days back which ranks decently well. It ranks 5th for about 300,000 exact match/month searches in google and is 1st for many longtail keywords in Bing and Yahoo for local searches. As all of the volume is local i have about 500 visitors per day as its just started to gain momentum which brings bout 1100 pageviews/day. I want to monetize it by Adsense but the CPC is too low that for that about 0.2$. I think any CPM ads will serve well but i dont know the best of them. So please help me to decide which method is better.
