Any WSOs or guides to building traffic without SEO?

I'm well-versed in SEO and building traffic that way, but I'd love to be able to move away from SEO and have a more solid and reliable source of traffic.

If anyone knows of a good WSO or other guide for building non-SEO traffic, I'd love to see it. Any other help would be great, too!

    (PPC, of course, is also solid and reliable for people who are good at it and have successfully traversed its sometimes long and sometimes expensive learning curve).
