Boy, do I hate using help desks!

Here's an example. I have been unable to post in the Warrior Forum article section even though I have done so in the past.

When I went to the Warrior Support Forum to ask about this, I was asked to register. It takes about half an hour for the confirmation email to arrive, and during this time I start to forget some of the details of what I need to ask about.

It turns out, though, that when the confirmation email arrives and I click on it, I am told, "invalid or expired hash." I have no idea what this means other than that this is not working.

I try every idea I can think of to try to get around this and am told, "The user account is disabled."

Please note that I'm not a stupid newbie. I've been online since 1995.

If I can't successfully register for the help desk, how am I supposed to proceed? Any suggestions?
