Use Free Greeting Cards to "Bond" with Your Subscribers!

I've been using this technique for some time now and it's working very well as far as customer retention goes.

What I do is send free Yahoo greeting cards Yahoo! Free eCards and Free Yahoo! Free Greeting Cards: Free Anniversary eCards at Yahoo! Greetings to my list.

I do this maybe once every 2-3 months and on major holidays. This "warm touch" approach is excellent for telling your customers, subscribers, list members you're thinking about them.

And let's face it, the more we can "touch" others, the better.

Of course, you don't have to use Yahoo to do this but it is free and works like a charm. Best of all, you can personalize the card before sending it.
