Default What do you consider to be the Creme de la Creme of Back Links

I am intersted to know what you consider to be the absolute best in back links so please rate the following and if there is a better one let me know

A A link on a high PR page containing just the anchor text as a link

B A contexual link on a high Pr page with 1 link in 25 words

C A 600 word article on a page in a high PR site with 3 contexual links on a page with say 30 other links

D A 600 word article on a page in a highly relevant nIche site with 3 contexual links BUT low or no PR and only 6 links on a page maximum

E Blog posts on multiple blogs but not in niche

Absolute best?

A high profile blogger with tremendous traffic who talks about my site on his blog and recommends it as "good".

We most often focus on how "to get" links pointing to our sites with the methods you list above. But there are other possibilities.
