download page not received after payment

Please i paid for acute email ID Production software and i did not receive a download to my order. Although the payment is processed via plimus but i ought to receive a download page to the product immediately. My visa card had been charged $27 for the product which had been indicated on my card but i am yet to receive the download page for the product via my email and the challenge is that i can even remember the link to the thank page again. I tried mailing the contact us link from the site but it tells me to state the order number, what is this, please? Also please how do i get the download page for the product after paying for the product already. Please help meeeeeeeeeee

    Plimus is very good about sending email receipts. Did you check your spam folder for the information.

    In this case I think Plimus and the seller can offer you better support than the WF.

    Be patient and the vendor who you bought from will probably contact you tomorrow with the download link/download page.

    After payment plimus sends you a verification link to your e-mail... Please check for this link and check spam folders... Otherwise try contacting the vendor of the product... He might assist you better than us
