I've always used PRweb.com and I've seen great traffic results. You'll end up with countless backlinks and good traffic increase. Good luck!

Brand new pre-release product is available to do this, but submission is to free sites. For a paid submission, I've used PRWeb and recommend it - the $80 service. But its hard to recommend a service level because it depends on your needs.
