Website became a IM link haven. Now what?

I have one of my very first sites from 2007 its become a haven for leaving links.

The problem is I don't think a 1 human has ever been on the site.

Sure the site ranks for a few keywords and shows good traffic but I see no way of ever making money with it.

So do I bite the bullet and start it over (third time) or just leave it be and try to flip it.

    flip it and start a fresh if it's been up since 2007 and your not making the money to cover your expenses whats the point.

    Try flipping if it is getting a lot of traffic, or you could take the time to turn in into an authority site by posting a lot of new and relevant content - articles, videos etc... and get it ranking even better in Google.
