Best Accounting Software For Auto Importing Paypal Transactions?

I get about 2,000+ transactions per month in Paypal and roughly a hundred other credits / debits from stuff like Google Adsense, Amazon Associates etc. in my bank account.

I don't know why this is so hard but all I want is an accounting software that automatically syncs with Paypal etc. so I can see sales of individual products and if they came from WA so I can easily see how much I need to pay in WA state sales tax etc. additionally I want this data to track my sales etc. but even just exporting a report from Paypal is a pain because you have to filter out requests for money, etc. etc. etc.

Any suggestions? So far I've tried Quickbooks and Indinero

(Assuming there are others of you that receive a big chunk of money from Paypal that might have had this problem before)

Ultimately I just hand this data over to my accountant, but I want to be able to keep track of it myself too so I can see how I'm doing for the month, quarter, year etc.

I saw Kashflow, but it seems like it's a really small company...
